The Business Assessment is a collaborative process, with the Business Assessor and key people in the participating Organization working together to identify potential gaps in the business and assess the current status of the business. The Enterprise Centre has a proven business assessment methodology to evaluate PNG companies in the areas of business structure, operational systems and processes which provides company’s gap analysis and recommends relevant training and/or advisory needs for the business.
The Assessed Organization receives a Business Assessment Report outlining the above findings and recommended actions. We award a Sar Rating that determines their current operational status as a benchmark for improvement.
